General Rules

Please familiarize yourself with these important rules while visiting The Ocean Club to ensure a pleasant stay. On-site Security personnel will enforce all rules. Thank You!

♦ Renters may have no more than 2 cars per rental period.   Parking is by permit only in designated spaces.  Parking under buildings is first come-first served.  Do not block in anyone who is not in your rental unit.   No golf carts permitted.  Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.

♦ Renters are not permitted to bring pets.  Exception per North Carolina State Statute § 168-4.2 are Service Animals:  To have a Service Animal a person must have a disability and their Service Animal must have a tag issued by the State of North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services which is stamped with a registration number. There is also a certificate issued by the State Department of H&HS. Once that has been verified, the person has a right to have a Service Animal with them during their rental period. It should be noted that “comfort animals” or “emotional support animals” are not afforded any accommodations under either the North Carolina General Statutes or the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).  Click here to access The Ocean Club's Pet Policy.

♦ Supervision of children is imperative, especially around waterside and pools. No lifeguards on duty.

♦ Pools are not open year-round. Contact your rental agent or our management company for additional information.

♦ Electric vehicles, hoverboards, and e-Bikes are not permitted to charge at The Ocean Club. Electric Vehicle charging station is available in Emerald Isle, near the Islander Hotel.

♦ Please do not disturb the oyster sill or rocks lining the soundside waterfront. They are integral to protecting our property from storms.
